If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.

Keeping personal data up to date and data retention

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you submit to Adhocado is complete, accurate and up to date and it is your responsibility to notify us if that information changes.

We store your personal data throughout the period of your relationship with us and retain it for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying legal, accounting or reporting obligations or to resolve disputes. If you wish to terminate your use of the product and services with Adhocado, please email us and we will take the necessary steps to delete your personal data in accordance with your legal rights.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will either delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal data and isolate it form any further processing until deletion is possible.

Children under 13

 

Adhocado products and services are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). If a child below the age of 13 is found to be using Adhocado products and services, and personal data has been transmitted to us, Adhocado shall take the necessary steps to remove the personal data collected and terminate the Adhocado products and services provided.
